All payments made to Xerour — for digital products purchased through our store, installation services, custom project work, or any other service — are final and non-refundable, under any circumstances, once payment has been made.
By completing a purchase or making a payment to Xerour, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, in part or in full, for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, delay in delivery, dissatisfaction with the product or service, or cancellation after payment.
Purchases made through the Xerour store (source code, installation service, or similar) are non-refundable from the moment payment is completed — this applies whether or not delivery has taken place yet.
Payments made toward custom website, app, LMS, school management, or software development projects — including advance/booking payments and milestone payments — are non-refundable once paid.
Since payments are final, we encourage you to review product details, ask any questions, or request a demo (where available) before completing your purchase. Contact us at any time before paying if you'd like more information about a product or service.
Orders and projects cannot be cancelled for a refund once payment has been made. If you wish to discontinue a custom project after payment, no amount already paid will be refunded.
If you have questions about this policy before making a payment, reach out to us:
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
